Quan La is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer Science, University of Sydney, Australia, and a lecturer at Phenikaa University, Vietnam. He is fortunate to be mentored by Prof. Nguyen Tran and to collaborate with members of the DUAL research group. His research interests include Federated Learning and Second-order Optimization for Large Language Models (LLMs). Currently, he is working on federated fine-tuning and developing second-order adapters for LLMs.
